Friendswood ISD is celebrating outstanding academic achievement following the release of the 2026 accountability ratings, with the district earning an overall A rating and a score of 92. Adding to the celebration, all six Friendswood ISD campuses independently earned an A rating, marking 100% campus excellence across the district.
The results reflect consistent academic success at every level of Friendswood ISD. C.W. Cline Elementary, Westwood Elementary, Windsong Intermediate, Zue S. Bales Intermediate, Friendswood Junior High and Friendswood High School each received an A rating.
This districtwide achievement reflects the dedication of students, teachers, staff and families across Friendswood ISD. Each campus rating represents the work taking place in classrooms every day as educators provide high-quality instruction, students rise to challenging expectations and families support learning at home and throughout the community.
Friendswood ISD’s commitment to student success is also reflected in its 99% graduation rate. Together, these results highlight the district’s focus on providing students with a strong educational foundation and preparing them for success beyond graduation.
While accountability ratings provide one measure of academic performance, having all six campuses earn an A demonstrates the consistency of the educational experience across Friendswood ISD. From a student’s first years in elementary school through graduation from Friendswood High School, the Mustang standard of excellence is evident throughout the district.
