Congratulations to the Friendswood High School Band and Color Guard on advancing to the UIL 5A State Marching Contest!

This past weekend, the Mustang Band won the Area contest and took 1st place in every caption. The win earns the band a spot at state, where it will compete against the top 5A programs in Texas.

The band will perform in the preliminary round on Monday, November 2, at 1:15 p.m.

Thank you to our students, directors, parents and boosters, and to the FHS teachers and staff whose support makes moments like this possible. Go Mustangs!
